These Business Membership Terms apply in addition to the main Mumbles.Life Terms & Conditions.
1. Purpose of Business Membership
Business Membership allows local businesses to:
Advertise events and services
Publish listings and promotions
Send bespoke offers to Individual Members via the Platform
2. Business Responsibilities
Business Members agree that:
All listings and offers are accurate, lawful, and not misleading
Offers comply with UK consumer and advertising laws
They will honour all offers promoted through the Platform
Content does not infringe third-party rights
3. Offers & Promotions
Offers must clearly state terms, expiry dates, and any restrictions
Businesses are solely responsible for fulfilling offers
Mumbles.Life is not responsible for disputes, refunds, or customer complaints
4. Communications with Members
Businesses may only contact Individual Members through Mumbles.Life tools
Direct use of member contact data outside the Platform is strictly prohibited
Breach may result in immediate suspension without refund
5. Fees & Subscriptions
Business Membership fees are payable in advance
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
Membership features vary by tier and are described at point of purchase
6. Content Approval & Removal
Mumbles.Life reserves the right to:
Approve, reject, edit, or remove content
Suspend accounts for non-compliance
Limit visibility of offers that breach guidelines
7. Liability
Businesses indemnify Mumbles.Life against claims arising from:
Misleading offers
Failure to honour promotions
Breach of consumer law
8. Termination
Mumbles.Life may suspend or terminate Business Memberships for:
Breach of terms
Repeated complaints
Illegal or unethical conduct
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
